> I am a Life Coach and Mentor who specialises in supporting women in a friendly and professional manner with all aspects of life.  This could be career changes, life changes or general day to day challenges, low self esteem and confidence.  In an environment that is non-judgemental, empathetic and relaxed you are safe to explore the changes you want to make in a way you want to make them and at a pace set by yourself.  Through gentle challenges and exploration we move forward together.
